The Boys & Girls Club of the Eastern Shoshone Tribe is now in the process of raising capital for our new building. Funds for both construction and for programming materials are being sought in two separate campaigns. Campaign 1 is designed to raise funds for the actual construction of the building. Although the facility is under construction now, progress has been hampered by financial snags. The amount that Campaign 1 has set to raise is $300,000. The deadline to raise this money is May 31, 2009.
Campaign 2 has been designed to raise $30,000 which will all go to programming materials necessary to open the Club. These materials include furniture, tables, gym equipment, electronic equipment, library shelves, computer stations, books, office furniture, and other small but important features. These items are all non-construction related and were never figured into the cost of the new building. The deadline for this campaign has been set at September 1st, 2009.

The Boys & Girls Club of the Eastern Shoshone Tribe welcomes and thrives on volunteer help from our community. Whether it is parents or grandparents, friends of the program, or just good citizens wanting to make a difference, volunteers are always welcome. However, to be in compliance with state and federal regulations, anyone wanting to work with children is required to submit to a background check and fingerprinting.
